Strength to Go was born from the idea that fitness and strength training are for everybody. You’re never too young or too old to be active and feel great about doing it.
Training can be difficult, but it should be rewarding and enjoyable. One of the issues that commonly arises as someone progresses from the novice to intermediate stages of strength training is that progress starts to stall and the trainee is left to ask: “What do I do next?”
